"Currently under refurbishment Altho this wasn’t a major but something to be aware of. Noisy fan in 2nd bedroom that goes all the time is very annoying & led to very broken sleep. No aircon so bedrooms very stuffy as no windows. Outstanding views, beautiful, well equipped rooms. "

"Incredible hotel in an amazing location. Lovely staff, who were always happy to help. A lightbulb went out in our bathroom and reception and the maintenance guy had it fixed/replaced within 5 minutes. The in room breakfast for the duration of our stay was fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"

"Well situated place to stay near central Queenstown. The room has spectacular views of the lake. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Would give it a 5 but the bedroom lacked plug points and cupboard space was limited. Otherwise it was great place to stay. "

"Queenstown is a hilly place so parking at the apartment was a bit of a challenge and stressful for us. Other than that the apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is not too bad but requires a bit of walking to the city centre. Groceries shopping is nearby."

"The room had a spacious lounge and kitchen-dining area and a separate bedroom. Everything worked well including Netflix. It was quiet and we had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful."

The only minor issue was locating the underground parking spot, the number of the apartment was not clearly labeled at the top of the driveway. Overall it was clean, staff was friendly and we loved our stay. "
