"One of the best stays we have ever experienced and we are well travelled. The accommodation is excellent and Keith and Kate were outstanding hosts. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We went into Lytham which is lovely, did the Parkrun at Lytham Hall which was a gorgeous route and walked into St Annes which again is lovely. The accommodation is virtually on the seafront and another lovely walk."

"From the minute we arrived the hosts could not have been more accommodating We arrived around 2.30pm and with limited parking on the street their was no spare spaces but Phil kindly moved his so we could park right outside this goes along way in my book Room was nice and clean as you expect My only worry was going to be the shower as stayed in few hotels in Blackpool where the pressure has been rubbish but this shower did not disappoint Their was a bar at night and the prices very cheap...

"Absolutely wonderful place…would highly recommend. Everything as seen on the photos and in the description. Stayed in the 4 bedroom cottage, all with their own bathroom and ate is as celebrating a big birthday for one of the family. Staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough! Thank you! "

"PERFECT stay for Liverpool fans! Can see Anfield from the doorstep and every inch of the place celebrates the Reds! Please note this is a guesthouse, NOT a hotel. It’s not an anonymous experience, but you’ll join in almost like family with the others who are staying. The friendliness and hospitality are wonderful, and the whole place is clean and crisp and comfy. We enjoyed walking to see murals and having such a convenient and festive spot on game day!"

"The first thing i will say about this place is that the owners are lovely! Very attentitive and lots of communication just to check everything is ok and to your liking. Our room was cosy and clean, a great base for busy days out in Blackpool. You can tell they always have children in mind with a toy kitchen in the bar and other little touches that just make it feel so family friendly. Two points i would make, simply for feedback, is that the TV in our room could have been a little bigger and...

"The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in"

"The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the room was a high standard for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room because it was quiet which honestly made our trip so much better as we had a lovely bay window overlooking the sea rather than just a standard window. The breakfast provided had a good selection of cereals and the hot food was tasty and served very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and nothing felt like to much trouble for them. "Very clean & comfortable, within walking distance of train station & center. Quick & easy check in. "

"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"
