"It was a perfect location inside the Gatwick Airport making our flight connection perfectly easy and convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, allowing us an extra hour to check out since due to a series of unfortunate events we didn’t arrive until after 2 a.m. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, though very small. Bed was very comfortable, medium firmness, but due to the size of the room one of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed. We didn’t like the all-in-one bathroom where the shower is not separated from the toilet and sink. All was clean and in good working order. We felt very welcome and had an overall excellent stay. "

"Great location. Walking distance to major attractions. The only thing that we did not really like is that the bar closes at 12am on Sundays and at 1am on Fridays, but I guess that's London's current trend."

"Gorgeous hotel staff awesome especially Nico and his staff in the bar. Now the bad points No Air con in the room ( it was too warm) Shower cubicle was small, my husband weighsc19 stone and it was difficult to get through the cubicle doors. But that is the only down side I will stay again but get a room upgrade with a larger shower "

"A very short walk away from the busy streets. Loved the peace and quiet. It was a small hidden gem. If you are from the USA, image a decent motel. Very clean and simple. A 24 hour self check out mini store with essential items. "

"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"
