"A very quaint B&B in Hinesdale Pa Rooms are rustic but clean and cozy. Mini fridge and tv in every room with private bathroom. Small but adequate. Pastries and coffee and tea available all day. Adrienne the manage is friendly and will ask what she can do for you. Got back from a wedding at a camp and walked to the Hotel Wayne for a night cap. She texted we were walking there since she saw us park and start walking. "

"Tom and Maureen were the best hosts and we really enjoyed talking with both of them! Their place is so tastefully decorated and comfortable! When we arrived Tom showed us around and told us to help ourselves to anything in the dining area including a wide assortment of coffee, tea and snacks in addition to wine. Maureen had baked some organic apple butter scones that we couldn’t pass up and they were delicious and moist! We had never been to this area before so we drove around and went to Knob...

"First time in a real B&B and it was wonderful. We were pleasantly greeted by our host and she showed us our room and explained to us, what to expect during our stay. Clay was very knowledgeable about the area, pointing out places to eat and how to reach all the hiking trails. She was a very good conversationalist. We had wonderful conversations about our lives, family and friends. We spent most of our time hiking, sight-seeing all the waterfalls, covered bridges and all the beautiful creations...

The Dolan house décor is filled with love and charm, the Garret room where we stayed was very cozy and comfortable. Did I mention that the breakfast which was included was second to none. The hosts are so warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The setting was peaceful, breakfast was delicious, and it has great proximity to Ricketts Glen parking areas. Cottage in the Woods was the perfect retreat after a day of hiking the stunning waterfall trails. We will surely stay here again in the future!"

We enjoyed the amenities and special touches including wine and cheese and baked goodies. The made to order breakfast was just fantastic and they really go out of their way to make that a memorable experience! "If you’re looking for a great home kinda feel look no further. Karen and her staff treated us like family for our 2 night stay. The rooms were perfect size for my girlfriend and I and the bed was super comfortable. Parking was super easy, unloading/ loading was no issue. The meals that we had were great and the prices were more than fair. If you’re in the Benton area and looking for a place to stay DO NOT I repeat DO NOT look any further!!"
