"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The lovely Maryanne and the mischievous Angus were perfect hosts. The room has an amazing view, the bed, bathroom and everything was 'just so.' we had a great night sleep and then to top it off, the best breakfast. Thanks Maryanne! "We had a brilliant stay in Creagory Skye. Lovely clean B and B. With en-suite rooms. Bed was really comfy. Large bathrooms with shower. Easy parking. Only a short walk to Portree with bars and restaurants. Susan was a lovely host and very welcoming and informative. Lovely touches in the rooms. Hope to go back soon."

"This property is right on water so there is beautiful view, comfortable beds, and breakfast is awesome at the Uig Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and shared information about fun local places to visit."

"It’s easy to self check in. Sam left goodies in the room for a nice continental breakfast. We had a fridge in the room so it was easy to pick up some yogurt etc for an easy breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Slightly outside Portree so you need a car but parking is included and you would need a car in this area anyway. Highly recommend!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!"

An attached private lounge for us is a big wow surprise, way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed the comfy bed and delicious breakfast very much! Ian also recommended us some hidden gem locations which we added in our itinerary, it's eye-opening and give us super different experience. "This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. "

"I had a view of the sea, which was lovely. The area is really quiet, with some sheep grazing peacefully across the road. Perfect for a country getaway. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were friendly. Would recommend."

"This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely."

"We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there. I would have gladly booked it for all 4 and if we ever return to Skye we will definitely look ahead of time to book all our nights here again. Loved its eco friendliness as well! "

"What a great find. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We stayed in one of the Cabins and it was prefect. Cabin had all the amenities one would for their stay. There is a wonderful restaurant, The Sprig, on property and the food was outstanding. Within a very short walk we found The Coffee Bothy which is a great place to grab coffee and breakfast. "

"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. Tracy was warm and engaging and made us feel very welcome. Overall fantastic experience! Note that we booked through Expedia and some of the details/price were incorrectly listed. Tracy was working on...
