"The house is cute, but needs some updating and a good scrubbing. Location is good - just a few blocks from the beach - but it's on a very busy street, so you'll need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. It's perfect if you're mostly out and about."

"Lovely large grounds near an amazingly beautiful regional park with redwoods and many diverse microclimates. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The hot tub is a fabulous treat!"

This beautiful, relaxing, and stunning carriage house is located north of the boardwalk and south of the surf museum and surfers coves.
