Charming & Private Santa Cruz Cottage 3 Blocks from the Beach

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage only 3 blocks from Twin Lakes State Beach. The recently updated kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The queen master bedroom has a smart TV and bathroom with tub, shower and laundry area. 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. Linens, towels and wi-fi are provided.

Neatly landscaped and fully enclosed front yard with lounge seating on the deck, gas BBQ, hammock in the garden, outdoor fireplace, and large teak dining table on the patio. Tropical outdoor shower with warm water. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas are provided, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.

The cottage is close to the Yacht Harbor and Crow's Nest restaurant. It's located at the end of the street with plenty of parking and privacy. The yard is fully enclosed so pets are safe. We are happily pet friendly.

Great location near the harbor and twin lakes. Very clean and appointed beautifully throughout. Love the outdoor area with plentiful seating and room for the doggos to explore. Highly recommend Kim and Pam's place!

This house is the absolute cutest!!!! Super clean. Perfect location. The yard was absolutely the coolest part. It allowed our family to spread out and truly enjoy the sea air. Oh, and they even had a beach wagon and chairs!! (A huge plus because ours didn’t fit in the mini van. lol) We will 100% be back. This is the perfect beach rental.

Very clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect spot for me and my small dog for a long weekend. I'm already back here again now with my sister and nephew for his fall school break. :) Really nice hosts, they left wine for my first stay and treats for the dog. I will be staying again.

Perfect Santa Cruz Hide-Away

Three blocks from the Twin Lakes Beach, less than a mile from The Boardwalk and Seabright Beach ... all really walkable. Hidden away at the end of a short dead end street. Far enough from the Main street to be quiet but also close enough to hop onto with ease. Very pet friendly, especially with the enclosed front yard. Very nice place to stay.

Amazing house on a quiet street

We stayed in this nice house with 4 adults and it was perfect! The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and had a little fireplace to keep warm. The location was close to the beach and just a 5 minute bike ride from the boardwalk. I will hopefully be staying here again if I ever make it back to Santa Cruz.

The cottage is adorable with a nicely laid out (and stocked) kitchen. But the delight is the yard - from the lounge chairs and the outdoor dining to the hammock and the outdoor fireplace, it's magical. Quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

Dogs loved it

This cozy little bungalow was perfect for us and our dogs. The yard is perfectly groomed, and there’s outdoor seating. The best part is, it’s at the end of a dead end, and it’s walking distance to the beach. We are hoping to come back next year.
