We love this home! We've had so many great family memories here and we are excited to be able to share it with others! It has plenty of space inside with a large deck and a beautiful back yard. It's just 11 houses away from the best family beach in all of Santa Cruz and there is a warm outdoor shower for when you return home.

We had a wonderful time at Josh's house in Santa Cruz! There was plenty of space and amenities for our group of friends to comfortably stay for a couple of nights! Josh's communication was on point and the house was exactly as described (and thank you for the tasty welcome pastries!)The only inconvenience was that the first day it was somewhat warm since there didn't seem to be central A/C, but it cooled down by the evening after opening some windows!Overall, highly recommended for a larger group!

Excellent home great location

The house is very clean great location. The owners of the home had cookies delivered. They were awesome. The kids loved the house easy access. Everything we needed to stay comfortable I would stay again.

Santa Cruz

It was a wonderful stay. Located a block from the beach, the family enjoyed the short walk to fun in the sun. The facility was very clean and spacious. Plenty of space to prepare meals, gather, and if necessary find your own quiet time. Josh, the owner, was very timely responding to my questions. My family members took a voice vote, and they want to return.

A charming home with great location

Our family enjoyed everything about this home. The location, the home layout, and the outside yard were all first rate. Short walk to the beach. Our family all expressed their desire to return for another stay.

Grandma’s family get way

End of summer getaway

Perfect Santa Cruz location

House was very clean, on a quiet neighborhood street, and our entire family (age range from 4 to 74) all enjoyed the home & slept well in the very comfortable beds. A great family-friendly beach is a short walk away. Will definitely want reserve this spot again for a future family Santa Cruz getaway!

Great location near Twin Lakes State Beach. House updated well. A bit far from wharf and boardwalk and parking for guests a bit tricky on the small streets.

Great house for an extended family getaway.

We rented this house for a long weekend, Grandparents plus 2 of their children and their families. Perfect! Amazing location, good layout... Good times!

Great Place We All Loved it!

Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals.

Fantastic house near beach

One of the tidiest and most pleasant houses we've ever rented. The only downside is that 3 of the rooms on the second floor share one tiny bathroom. Other than that it was just wonderful. Beautiful outdoor spaces, everything functional, very well stocked and tastefully decorated. The welcome cookies were delicious

Great proximity to the beach.

A 5 min walk to a great beach and some great restaurants. House is clean and spacious with some great landscaping. Different living spaces made it easy for our family with young kids. * they do have a pack and play, beach chairs and some limited sand toys. Overall, a great stay.

Fabulous for a Family Reunion

This house worked perfectly for our little family reunion (our family plus my sibs and their families) with two cousins and their dogs staying at a friends' place nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked and we took turns cooking dinners and hung out around the island a LOT. Beach walks just a few blocks away, grocery stores a different story but still manageable. Welcome cookies very much appreciated!

Magical and Memorable Experience

Thank you again Josh for your hospitality. We spent 5 memorable days at your Santa Cruz home. The amenities were excellent including towels, beds, and beach equipment. Every morning and evening walks to the beach we'll miss the most. BBQ and kitchen are top notch as we had all our meals there. Definitely a 10-star experience and we hope to return some day. Cordial neighbors too.

Amazing beach house

The home is beautiful and well appointed. This is our second year staying at the property. We had an amazing visit with friends. We cooked every night in the large kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the deck. It is a very short walk to the beach and the home had beach chairs and sand toys which the kids loved. The beds are all comfortable and everything was very clean. We look forward to another visit next year!

Everyone loved it

Our family of six adults and four children, ranging in age from 84 to 6, had no trouble making ourselves at home. Great location for family, lovely yard and decks. Everyone wants to come back.

Great location, as pictured

House is as pictured and a great location within walking distance to food and coffee. Loved being able to walk to the ocean. The top floor gets a little warm during the day but we opened windows to help. Great communication from the team and cookies and fresh flowers were a nice touch within the home!

Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Cruz! There were 10 adults and a couple of kids, and we all agreed that we wanted to come back next year! The mixture of individual space combined with comfortable gathering spots was perfect. Great deck, lovely fenced back yard, Great kitchen, short walk to the beach. Good communication with the owners and property manager. Really, it was the perfect vacation spot.

Great Multi Family Home

From the moment we drove up and opened the door it was fantastic! The home is by far the Best we’ve stayed at for 25+ years. An extra touch of fresh cookies on counter welcomed us. The home is clean, furnished nicely and stocked well. Josh, owner easy to work with and on his own reached out to inquire if we’d like a late check out. We also were able to check in early. Definitely would stay here again next year.

Fabulous stay in Santa Cruz!

This home is amazing. A perfect spot for our family gathering. Main bedroom on the ground floor, for those who don’t do well with stairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs with tons of closet space. Separate apartment downstairs with full bath & kitchen. There’s a loft where our teenagers hung out. This home is outfitted with everything you need to cook meals & enjoy visiting with friends/family. A quick stroll will get you to the beach. Owner was very communicative & accommodating. Great place to stay.

Beautiful house

Beautiful yard, beautiful furnishings. Everything was clearly marked and easy to use. They had everything we needed. Basement inlaw suite was wanted by all and we had to negotiate. The fridge was huge but like the microwave, was too high for much of my family, (4 of us are under 5'2"). They even had a few board games and puzzles. Was a little disappointed the puzzle we tried was missing pieces, but it is understandable.

Beautiful and spacious beach house!

We loved everything about this home. The location was excellent with just a short walk to the beach. The home was large with plenty of sleeping options on different levels. The decor was gorgeous and inviting, and the deck was great for hanging out in the evening with a glass of wine. High end kitchen was very well stocked. The special touches of fresh hydrangeas and chocolate chip cookies were thoughtful and appreciated. We were lucky to find this on short notice and very pleased with the rental. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Overall outstanding experience!
