"We didn't receive our room number and code before we arrived. There isn't a lobby area. Fortunately a person was leaving the building and we were able to get in. The cleaning person called and the person she talked to emailed us the correct code. We did arrive before check-in time so maybe we would have received the code if we arrived later. No place to store luggage if you arrive early. Very small bathroom in our room."

"I appreciate they provided info of transportation, attractions and nearby restaurants. 5-minute walk to the bus stop for buses that go directly to Venice island. The bathroom was cleaned everyday. The room was also clean. Comfortable beds. The room was a bit small though, and it's stuffy at night when we had to close the door and window. A hair dryer, a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Helpful staff."
