"Everything at this hotel was perfect! The property is very clean and in a great location. The beds are super comfortable. This is a quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Nevada at the front desk and Chi Chi at the lounge. We will definitely book here again when visiting Savannah. Highly recommend!"

"Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time, when it was finally ready staff was scrambling to find a room as they often over book rooms. There is no self parking available at hotel, mandatory 50 dollar valet. Beds do Not come with comforters, so we asked for a blanket from front desk and they sent us a cotton like hospital blankets…weird. I’ve stayed in multiple hyatts including multiple countries. This one has been the only one that has disappointed us. "

"Our room had an ac leak at one time and the repair left a hole under the carpet that dipped down when you walked over it. Scarey. Also the room itself was not clean. It was dusty and floor on bathroom was gross. We used our towels to stand on the floors. It needs updating. We dont recommend this place."

"Room ok, size of suite ok, floor in room and bath needs a deep clean. Couldn't go without shoes because feet got dirty. Typical hotel breakfast, not so great."

"Beautiful location on the river with really comfortable rooms and within walking distance of anything you might need. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the daily happy hour where Brad provided excellent service and we met other folks staying at the inn."
