"This newly renovated, clean property is a great place to stay in Reno. We stayed while visiting our son at UNR. There was space for my two teens to hang out on their own while also having plenty of space to hang out as a family. We had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen was stocked with necessities, the bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels."

"We booked this property for a trip to Reno for a convention my kids wanted to go to (birthday trip for my now 20 year old). There was 6 of us total that made the trip. The home was in a nice family neighborhood but not noisy. There was plenty of space for my husband and myself to relax in our own and space for the kids (ages 17-20) to spread out and hang all together or break off into smaller groups. The kitchen was well appointed with disware and cookware and the dining table was a great space...

"This was a nice place to stay. It had quite a few amenities. My only concern would be with the lighting in the living room, when at night. Another recommendation may be to have a TV in one of the other rooms, sine there is only one in the house. Overall, it was great stay."

"We were in town for a sporting event and had adults and teens. This home was clean and the yard was awesome for playing games and getting outside a little. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet. We all slept well. We would recommend this home and stay again. Thank again to our hosts."

"This place was great. Clean and was private enough for the three of us on our work trip. Theres a great little store down the street (walking distance) to get all of your health food. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is easy to get to nearby food spots. Would love to stay again. Also Nic was great and sent our CEO's ear pods back that he left at the property."

The owner has thought of everything that one might need to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood is cute and close to downtown. It's a great house and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Lovely home! Large kitchen (island) work area. (If you are cooking for a large family, you should bring bigger cooking pans.) Back yard is great for a big family. Attached apartment is nice for extra family, and disabled persons. Limited parking for a large family. Its a quiet neighborhood, so outdoor activities are cut short at 9pm. The host, Victoria, is very kind and helpful and responds quickly. This property is in a safe neighborhood, but also far away from amenities. Thanks again!"
