"Property exceeded our expectations. Very roomy and clean, equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathroom larger than expected. For 8 people, it met our needs perfectly. I only wish Vrbo/Evolve had updated the contact info accurately because I could not get a hold of the host until the day right before our trip. Also, I’d recommend a place to keep clean linens because our guests in the living room had no idea what to use for sleep. There were blankets at the top of the bedroom closets...

"Not a good neighborhood to stay in town, but that’s just secondary. The property wasn’t clean. Dirty bed sheet and no extra one to replace. Dog hairs all over the couch. It didn’t get clean up before we check in."

"Property was in a great part of town- walkable distance to riverwalk, restaurants and downtown. Neighborhood was safe, clean and welcoming. Studio was originally rented for just for two of the family members but four stayed comfortably. Beds are newer and comfortable- made a difference in quality of stay. Studio has new and fresh standard amenities. Having direct access to laundry room was a huge benefit to the stay."

"We loved the quiet, nicer area and the good communication from the owner. The condo was in great enough shape, we just experienced some distracting issues with the space (that were likely out of the complete control of the owner). It would have been perfect had we just not had to deal with a repeated cigarette smoke smell in the master from a neighbor (it was strongest in the master and not really present in the 2nd room), no wall light switch in one of the rooms, and the ceiling attic/vent door...

"We were in a not so great situation with a diff property (diff host). We needed same day accommodation's to relocate. Matt & Ian were more than helpful. He generously made arrangements with another reservation to place and keep us in one unit for the remainder of our stay. The property was CLEAN, located in a cute neighborhood, anything you will need is conveniently close. The kitchen was nicely stocked with a variety of spices, added touch of coffee (inc decaf) and teas! This will be my go to...
