"Hotel was stunning from outside, nice facilities near by, train station at door step and metro just 10 minute walk away. Rooms were very spacious however one bathroom was missing a lock and the handle broke off on second day which doesn’t reflect the cost of room very well. Big variation for breakfast buffet, great check in and check out times compared to other places. Staff were very friendly too."

"Rooms are on the small size (like most of the IBIS) clean. Staff OK but not the best, they were so busy and don't know if that affected. They have parking but is not cheap, also they offered breakfast buffet style NOT worth it, all the hotels we stayed during our trip offered the same type of "buffet breakfast" but this one was the work. "I really wanted to stay in this hotel as I had seen it when I last visited Milan. From the outside, it really is stunning. It was perfectly fine inside, just maybe starting to show the age of the last internal renovation. That said, the room was comfortable, particularly the bed and the bathroom was fabulous.
