"Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. "This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. The galley kitchen is narrow, but perfectly functional. The stairs to the top bedroom are a bit steep, but there are sturdy...

"We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted.
