"Had a lovely stay and the hotel being situated within the old city walls was perfect. We drove there and paid the £22 euros for the car park which was fantastic. We were in a Tesla and they had 2 chargers so we were ready to go the next day! They drive you through the narrow city streets straight to the hotel - that was an experience and a brilliant touch! We only had a classic room and you get what you pay - it was nice enough but a little dated. Very comfortable and large bed and clean. ...

"Smelly property that did not feel clean, didn’t feel like a particularly safe neighbourhood - and the double door and strong locking mechanisms only made us more worried. Old towels, bedding didn’t smell clean, untidy bathroom. We stayed the night as a last resort and got out of there early in the morning. Went to Carcassonne a castle that was unexpectedly large and beautiful. "
