"Was great, Staff very helpful, room service cleaners could do with better english and replacing all wet towels etc on the floor, instead we did have to go and ask staff when we returned for our shower before the Concert we had tickets for (happened twice out of three nights stay, even when asked!) however the hotel Staff were great, couldn't fault them ;) Close to walk to the Micheal Fowler Centre and Waterfront etc. . . As for the parking, 1st night had to be in the Wilson car park out the...

"Easy check in and underfloor heating in the bathroom was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The location was really good. The stairway up to the upper level was filthy. The curtains in the lounge area were falling down. Not the cheapest either, but all in all it was a good stay."
