"This is a grrat property to stay at if you are going on a cruise. Walking distance from the port depending on which one your ship is at. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great."

"We absolutely enjoyed the Bar area, The staff was very friendly. One individual stood out for us, His name was Curtis, We had a pleasant conversation with him. The only thing I would point out that could be a negative is the absence of small wash clothes. Otherwise I would recommend staying here, We are dog lovers as well and thought the dog bowl’s were great !"

"We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve outside and that we'd have to order inside and take it with us. Very odd for a 5* hotel...? Other than that we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend to others."

"We was welcomed with a free drink as we were going on a cruise, nice touch! Rooms are quite small but nicely furnished. The pillows and bed were a bit hard for me giving me backache but my husband found them comfortable. Leisure facilities were ok, pool was quiet which was nice but the jacuzzi was full of men who didn’t want to get out, they stayed in for ages, not giving other people the opportunity to use it. Steam room out of action. "
