"We had a wonderful week at Shelly’s place in Ocean City. The house was so welcoming when we arrived with soft music playing on the tv, lights on and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The view from the porch and upper deck are awesome! Lots of thoughtful touches like hand soap, wipes, shampoo etc. were provided. Our friend joined us for 2 nights and she loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by on the boardwalk too. We hope to come back next year."

"This condo worked very well for 4 kite flyers. Parking was very easy. We were close to the flying fields on the beach. Mitchell's Deli was a short walk, and we could bake a cake for a co-operative dinner. A rubber scraper would have made that just a bit easier. We were very glad there was a mixer. Two very minor points: the WiFi password was given in all uppercase in one place and all lowercase in the actual notebook - lowercase worked fine for us - we didn't try uppercase. "Property is definitely for rentals only judging by mismatched furniture and throw pillows that have seen better days. The floors were very dirty. Main shower not working properly. Patio chairs rusting out. The location is great and we did have a good time"

"This house was just perfect! We went to Ocean City for a long weekend trip withmy extended family. This is a very nice house on the bay with plenty of room. We especially loved the 2 king size bedroom, it worked perfectly for 2 couples. The deck was great. We got crabs one afternoon and were able to enjoy them in the roomy screened porch. The place is very clean and well kept. The owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating with the one issue we had at check in. We'd love to stay here...

"We loved this townhome! It was very clean, very nicely appointed, and we had no issues. It’s also very conveniently located to Starbucks, CVS and several restaurants. I recommend Papi’s Tacos (a 2 minute walk) or Coastal Salt (16th St at The Boardwalk). The ocean view is a bit limited but you can hear it well and tell how big the waves are. "Condo was very clean, and updated. Very spacious. Only a few steps to the board walk and beach. Plenty of room for a family of 14. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent again."

"Key Largo is a great, convenient location. Building and penthouse need some attention as far as maintenance. Oven had not been cleaned in some time, pots and pans were old, missing day to day utensils, hot pads, etc., floors are worn."

"Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed."
