Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Country Calling Weekend Stay!

This spot was a perfect location for our weekend! We were able to get down to the concert and back easily. Plenty of options for food, drinks and shopping all within walking distance. SO close to the beach. We enjoyed morning walks and hanging out on the beach in the afternoon/evenings.

Gotta Say It was Prettttyyy Nice!!!

I will say this 5 bedroom place was very spacious LOTS of space. I barely was bothered by the kids in their rooms. This is one clean very well kept unit. It had nice views In all honesty 2 fams could stay here with a kids and they would be fine. 3 bedrooms with there own bathrooms 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom. It really was nice and LOTS of open space no one was on top of one another.

Weekend Stay in OCMD

This condo was exactly what was needed for the weekend trip we had in OCMD. The condo was very well-kept and clean and the check-in process was seamless. We were also able to connect with Vacasa for any questions that we had throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip to OCMD. Thank you!

Great place for large group!

Lots of space for the 9 of us. Well stocked & decorated. Location is fabulous! Hot water heater seems too small for the size of home. Ran out quickly. We had 9 but it lists 14 as max capacity. That would be the only opportunity we saw. Would absolutely stay here again.

Key Largo is a great, convenient location. Building and penthouse need some attention as far as maintenance. Oven had not been cleaned in some time, pots and pans were old, missing day to day utensils, hot pads, etc., floors are worn.

Big open space but kitchen needs some love.

This place was big and bright. Great for gathering a few friends. Close to beach and restaurants. Place was very clean. Just needs some carpet stain love. The kitchen just needs to be restocked in terms of utensils and extra plates lots of empty drawers. If we ate every meal at the condo we would be constantly rewatching forks and plates. Just needs a target run.

Location is great, but property is really lacking and there are better options out there

I’m giving this a star for location and a star for the size of unit. The location of this property is really nice - very convenient to the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants and fun things to do (mini golf, bowling, etc) and it isn’t too far a drive down to the boardwalk. It had a good number of beds and baths and I liked that they are all on one level, that worked well for our group especially. Sadly beyond that there isn’t much to praise about it. It is incredibly run down and lacking some basics, especially for a beach property. Two of the rooms share a bathroom which is fine, however the other bedroom down near them only has a tub and no shower which is pretty impractical for the beach, so really those three bedrooms end up sharing the shower in the other bathroom. None of the showers have handhelds or adjustable shower heads so getting sand off yourself after the beach is like nearly impossible. Beyond that the entire place is pretty run down and needs to be repaired or updated. Every chair and couch is torn, stained or totally ragged. The carpets all have big stains on them. The refrigerator and freezer are broken (and everyone seems to know they are but they aren’t repaired?) and the oven doesn’t work properly either. The unit is lacking some common sense things that I don’t think any reasonable renter would bring with them, like pot holders. And while I can appreciate the one room geared toward housing kids is near the back of the unit, it’s super far away from the primary bedroom and it’s way too small of a room to have bunk beds in it. Overall I wouldn’t rent this place again and encourage you to look around at other options.

Needs some improvements but I'll continue to stay here

This is my second year staying at this property, and I continue to appreciate its fantastic location. From the spacious balcony, you can see the ocean and Coastal Highway. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the bed linens in all five rooms are high quality—comfortable and fresh. The open living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen, is perfect for large groups to gather and socialize. Plus, there’s ample parking and an elevator for added convenience. I do have a few suggestions for inexpensive upgrades that could make a significant difference. The coffee pot’s carafe doesn’t fit properly, causing the top to pop up when placed on the stand. The trash can lid doesn’t match the can, leaving us to place it on the floor. The toaster tends to burn one side while leaving the other untoasted, and a couple of the toilets didn’t flush properly. Upon our arrival, the fridge was leaking, with ice in the freezer that likely melted, creating a pool of water in front of it. The ice maker next to the washer and dryer appears to be non-functional and quite unsightly; it might be best to remove it altogether. Additionally, one of the sliding glass doors to the right of the tv looking out wouldn’t open, and the screen on the left fell off when we tried to use it. In the largest bedroom, the sliding glass door doesn’t lock at all, which is a concern. The living room furniture could also use replacement, as it’s quite worn and doesn’t feel clean, even though it’s not stained—it just feels like it has seen better days. If you’re planning a longer stay, I recommend bringing paper towels and toilet paper. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring oven mitts, aluminum foil, and containers for leftovers. While this feedback may seem extensive, I believe that addressing these issues with a few new items and minor repairs could greatly enhance the experience. I love this property and intend to stay again; it’s perfect for my group.

We stayed for a golf weekend and the space was large enough to accommodate 8 of us! Many of the places were closed for the season, but Seacrets was open and walkable! Great stay!

Perfect multigenerational family getaway

This property was great. It was enough room for everybody and our family to have their own personal space and also communal chilling place. Cook an entire Thanksgiving Day dinner. With no problem. Very close to the beach, one block.

Beautiful once inside. Had issues with WIFI, front door

We had to wait outside of the unit for over an hour because the door code wouldn't work. We did not have Wi-Fi the entire trip. While I am on vacation, I still have to work which made this impossible and I had to go to another location in order to do so. Microwave didn't work. We may have been the first renters of the season, so it seems the Unit wasn't QC'd very well.
