"While the exterior of the property looked tired, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and newly renovated rooms. The courtyard was a beautiful, well kept space and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and there was enough designated parking. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This is an old run down property that is nothing to write home about. You’re definitely getting what you paid for. It’s under new management so I’m hoping things shape up in the near future. On the plus side there’s beach access close by and they are located near the highway so you can easily get to VA beach. "

"Only thing I hate is the advertisement of one price, but then the hidden fees and taxes makes the price jump nearly $100! Oh and the inclusion of pets... It's always a funky, wet dog smell inside the elevators and occasionally poo or pee! I hate that. But the cleaning staff are amazing! And the front desk ladies are very nice but the prices are out of their control. "

"The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it."

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"Very convenient to the beach and not too far from restaurants, etc. As others have said, the road is busy and loud but thats beyond the control of the owners. You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank."

"From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with the smell of freshly cleaned floors, linens, and counter tops. I was very impressed by the customer service of our hosts and the speed at which they responded to any of our questions. They were very kind and respectful as well. We were visiting from NY, and the house was pleasantly bigger than what we expected. They provided clean linens and basically everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely recommend and stay...
