I loved the property. The lobby and hallways and the room was clean. The one problem was that for $267 for a nights stay, I would expect better service from the staff. I messaged the front desk at 10:00 pm to ask for an additional pillow. At 11:00 pm I reached back out and was assured it was being handled and on the way. At 2:30, I again asked ur front desk and was again told they were working on it. I never got my pillow or a message explaining why. I expressed my dissatisfaction this morning and the day shift attendee was completely apologetic. I’m hoping this was just a one time thing with a staff member who obviously did not care about customer satisfaction. It put a bad taste in my mouth. I mean if I was staying at a $55 night hotel, then yes. But a $267 4 star hotel I expect better out of. Now besides this one thing not being handled properly I have no other complaints.
