I loved the property. The lobby and hallways and the room was clean. The one problem was that for $267 for a nights stay, I would expect better service from the staff. I messaged the front desk at 10:00 pm to ask for an additional pillow. At 11:00 pm I reached back out and was assured it was being handled and on the way. At 2:30, I again asked ur front desk and was again told they were working on it. I never got my pillow or a message explaining why. I expressed my dissatisfaction this morning and the day shift attendee was completely apologetic. I’m hoping this was just a one time thing with a staff member who obviously did not care about customer satisfaction. It put a bad taste in my mouth. I mean if I was staying at a $55 night hotel, then yes. But a $267 4 star hotel I expect better out of. Now besides this one thing not being handled properly I have no other complaints.

Parking was difficult. Staff was short and rude when asked for direction. Considering it’s the first face of the hotel you see it certainly doesn’t go far towards creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Didn’t know that you had to pay to park never once have I been to a motel where you had to pay it was 35 a night for valet or 15 nights at a parking deck
