On the outside, the hotel looks a little sketchy, but it's par for the neighborhood, and it was cheap enough for a night stay. The lady at the front desk was super nice & friendly. The room was holey moley..it was like the Hilton. Very updated and clean. Had everything I needed. Now, the lady the next morning told me they had recently renovated that side and would be working on the rest, so I have no idea what the other rooms looked like, but the one I had was very nice!

Don't stay here. They charged my credit card twice. Was here on a vacation & didn't have enough money for another night until a couple days later when I got paid. They refused to help me even though I showed them my bank balance. Everyone was rude & argued with me except the person that made the error - she apologized many times.

STAY AWAY!!!!! The room we were given was filthy. Opening the door, we were hit with an awful smell. The window was shattered, there was a stained dirty rag on the windowsill to catch leaking water. The AC unit was filthy, the pillows were yellowed, the tub was a peeling mess, and the balcony had empty soda bottles, cigarette packs, and a solo cup full of cigarette butts on it. Elevator was out of order. We stayed in the room long enough to book into the Hampton Inn. Went to the front desk, handed in my key (they will only give you on, no matter how many are in the room) and told him that the place was filthy and we couldn’t stay there. He offered a different room, but I couldn’t imagine that they would be better than what we were given initially. We got a full refund. We met another couple in the parking lot we had stayed the night before and they were on their phones trying to find another place to move to as well. They also confirmed that their room was filthy and smelled bad as well.

Weird/bad hotel stay.

The hotel was clean enough, but everything else was a disaster. It looks horrible from the outside, and upon walking in, we learn that we’re on the fifth floor and the elevator is out of order. The person checking me in asked if that was ok. I said no, but what option did I have? I’d hoped maybe there was another room on the second floor. No, I could cancel my reservation. Obviously I couldn’t do that and just hope another hotel could take me, so me and my shoulder injury took the room. (Carrying luggage up five flights isn’t recommended by my doctor.) Aside from that, the shower was awful. It sprayed more water on the ceiling than it did on the person in it. I’m still not sure if the door actually locked. It was very sticky. We had to test it. I think it did, but that’s not something you want to leave to chance. The blanket on the bed was a curtain. Not too bad. Just really weird. Definitely don’t stay here in general but especially if you’re disabled.

First room they put us in. There was no service for Cable and the phones didn’t work which she said they were sending somebody out Monday so she got another remote and the TV did come on but when she left, we couldn’t get Service again so they switched us to another room And I seen footprints that were dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was dirty and every time you move the bed sound like it was hitting on some tin or drum but the second rm had phone service after we were told the service was down 1st freezer needed defrosting and window was cloudy 2rm floor needed to be mopped floor was sticky

Only thing I hate is the advertisement of one price, but then the hidden fees and taxes makes the price jump nearly $100! Oh and the inclusion of pets... It's always a funky, wet dog smell inside the elevators and occasionally poo or pee! I hate that. But the cleaning staff are amazing! And the front desk ladies are very nice but the prices are out of their control.

Don’t think I’ll be back here!

For starters, they have a sign at the front desk that states “no refunds after 10 minutes of check in” I paid for my room at the property, I didn’t even go upstairs before I walked right back in and asked for a refund to which the receptionist stated she can’t refund me and the manager was out of the country so he can’t refund me either. So we had no choice to stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor, they only had 1 elevator and 1 stairwell for all 5 floors. We were only in the room for 10 minutes and my 2 year olds feet were PITCH black, needless to say they don’t clean properly. The bathtub was chipping paint everywhere and the curtain would fall down the rod only covering the mid section of the shower and the bathroom was always freezing! Mopped the floors 3 times and they were still filthy! Not to mention I woke up one day to our room door wide open bc housekeeping let themselves in while I was sleeping after they saw my bf leave to take our dog out. It was raining and freezing outside this day and we had 3 kids in the room. I work nights so I sleep during the day, I was napping during the time of the let in. They didn’t even knock. The only good thing about this stay was the internet!

Room key

It was a rather pleasant stay. The only problem we encountered was the room key. Even though we paid for a 2 night stay then extended it for another 3 nights, they turned the key to our room off every day. It was the only inconvenience we came across though. Besides the problem with our key we really enjoyed it there. It was peaceful and quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was very surprisingly big.

Neighborhood and exterior did not set expectations high, but found the room to be quite nice. I believe renovations are still ongoing as of may 2023, I was able to stay in a renovated room that was very nice and well furnished and cleaned. Had no quarrels with staff or service.
