Hotel was 15 minutes walk from the Amtrak station and 20 minutes from the Greyhound stop. Superb location, 5 minutes from the historic University of Virginia Campus. Lots of good restaurants and bars as you turn right out of the hotel and walk towards the university. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Laundry machines and dryers very useful facility. Staff were friendly and very helpful - they were happy to make a hire car reservation for me. A good base for visiting attractions such as Monticello, which is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! From the outstanding service from the staff to the clean, comfortable room, we were pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful as we were not familiar with the area. Close to Downtown and several attractions make this an ideal location. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Although I was wary of this hotel, it turned out to be a great value. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and in room coffee. It's right on the UVa campus and close to everything. They even had an airport shuttle - which saves you 60-70 bucks in cab fare. all in all a great stay and a great value compared to other hotels in the UVa area of Charlottesville

The overall experience was a great one. When I checked-in the staff was courteous, fast and kind. They ensured I had everything I needed for a pleasurable stay.
