"We enjoyed our stay - only a block from the ocean - neighborhood was quiet but looked a little rough - we enjoyed our stay - house was perfect for what we needed! It was clean - could have vents in the ceilings cleaned but overall it was clean. Booking and communication was awesome - very easy and they were very responsive! We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. "Mostly the house met our needs and was enjoyable. Loved the fenced in backyard. We had some trouble with the washer and dryer. Oven light wouldn’t go out, but no big deal. Good parking space. Mattresses a bit hard. Generally it was a very good space for us."

"We came in early May, that is, outside of the main tourist season. The house thus functioned as a secluded spot with its own small private beach and barbecue porch. This was a paradisiac break. We had intended to visit historical places nearby (for example, Williamsburgh), but enjoyed the house so much that never left it (except to get provisions)."

You can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the kids play and it was the ideal space for their dog too. Very close to stores and parks too.
