"Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

"Can't beat the view! Watching the sunset from the deck was as good as it gets. Ryan is a great host and made us feel right at home. Bourbon and Cider are such good boys and made us feel like family!"

"Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value."

"Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!"

"The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. "Grand view with fair price. Rooms are spacious, kids love pool table. And adults enjoys hill views. A few issues As other reviewers mentioned, hot bath water are on short supply Bath tub slide doors on 2nd bathroom are stuck and cant shut. Probably more on potentially damaging property than inconvenience for guests Carpet on kids room keep shedding wools, please consider to replace "

"We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

"This place is very cute! The kitchen remodel is adorable and was well stocked with everything you’d need. The upstairs bathroom was remodeled and has a really nice shower. I will say the downstairs bathroom leaves a lot to be desired and no one really wanted to shower down there. It also felt like the basement is a bit haunted. "This bottom floor condo was perfect for our weekend in Morro Bay. It had all the amenities we needed and was walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was also decorated very nicely. We would stay here again."

"Our stay was short but very nice. Great shower pressure and temperature which after a LONG car ride is appreciated. Room is perfect for a quick stay for visiting the area. Amenities were very nice."
