"Convenient location to everything (Piazza Maggiore, Bologna Centrale). Mario is very helpful and accommodating. Area is busy, and noisy at times, so not a sleepy part of the city, but everything is a 10-15 minute walk. "

"This is a great option if you’re looking for a B&B, rather than a hotel. The staff aren’t onsite, but are super helpful via WhatsApp. Contemporary styling and very clean. Great location to all the major sights. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the ‘safety’ light at the step into the bathroom, which was always on - so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, bring an eye mask!"

"This is the perfect location for a trip to explore Bologna! It is one block off of Piazza Maggiore and you can walk to most of the sites you’ll want to see. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the area. It isn’t a quiet part of town and if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing ear plugs. I stayed in the Beatrice room and it was clean and good size for 1-2 people. There is a lift to bring you to the top floor. "The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"
