"My spouse and I had a great stay here. Very clean, quiet, and calm. Great fishing off the dock on this private lake. There is also a two person kayak to use. The owner supplied wood, fire starters, lighters, even s’mores supplies! There is a stereo in this camper with speakers outside as well so you can sit by the fire with music playing. The neighbors cat gave us a visit, he/she is very friendly and cute. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. The lake and those amenities will make the rental price...

"Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, all were great! Knocked one start off for a couple reasons..we showed up a little after 4pm and the cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for a while and eventually went to eat supper while waiting. Second reason was that they advertise a propane grill (which was there) but was really dirty, rusting apart, some inside pieces were even on the ground. We...

"This property was just what we were looking for with 13 adults and a new grandchild. The large common areas upstairs and downstairs gave us plenty of room to gather, and the large bedrooms gave everyone a comfortable space of their own. The kitchen was very well-stocked with tools and the little things in the pantry you forget to bring on vacation. "We had a wonderful time walking to shops and visited a brewery in downtown Detroit Lakes. We originally intended to cross-country ski the area, but with no snow and unseasonably warm weather, we involved Plan B with family and simply hung out together. The house was extremely comfortable, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, and great host."
