We got in yesterday and have a few questions/ issues:
1 The outdoor area by the pool needs some attention over the dining table. There are quite a few cobwebs and the entire area needs a good power washing. All outdoor areas are quite dusty. Can you make sure this is on the maintenance radar?
2 the screen door leading to the pool from the main room is off the track
3 we noticed speakers in the ceiling and what appear to be volume controls in a few spots. Is there anyway that we can link to those?
4 the turntable for the microwave is not at all stable. Looks like it was replaced and it is not correct
5 instructions for lighting the outdoor grill?
6 we were surprised to see that the subzero refrigerator has been replaced with an LG that is not close to fitting the opening in any dimension. Very unusual considering the appliance package for the kitchen is otherwise nice
7 garbage and recycling containers are full. When is that pickup scheduled?

The washer and dryer is coin operated.
The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund.
Please note beach toys come and go, but at this time Riverside Point has the following.

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.
Cancellation policy and procedures
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.
If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
