"Our stay at Parwa House was excellent! Jorge was very friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The view from the balcony was very pretty of the Ollantaytambo ruins. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. It was kept very clean as well. An easy walk to the town square from this location. Nice breakfast in the morning was a bonus!"

Viandina Machupicchu
2.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, 127 reviews
"Cute little hotel/guest house approximately 8 min walk from the train station uphill on the street with multiple restaurants and souvenir shops. Just a 3-min walk to the entrance of the Thermal Baths. The room was kind of small but very clean and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast was okay the first morning (bread, jelly, cereals, lunch meat and cheese, coffee), better the second morning (we were also offered fried eggs). Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Apu Lodge B&B
3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, 182 reviews
"We stayed at Apu Lodge for three nights before the Inca trail trek. It is a great location- Ollantaytambo has many sights and good restaurants and the staff at Apu Lodge are just wonderful. The rooms we had were very nice (family of four and teens had their own room). We had never been to Peru before and we had everything we needed at Apu Lodge to feel at home."

Machupicchu Magna
4.0 star property
4.8 out of 10, 3 reviews
"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

Rupa Rupa High Jungle Eco B&B
3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, 77 reviews
"The Rupa Rupa is up quite a steep set of stairs. Once up there the room for four was large enough, however the bathroom is a bit small for four people. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. You can hear the birds in the morning but also the nightlife so it's not quiet most of the day. Overall it was great, just be sure you can do 5 flights of stairs often and are okay with mountain air moisture."

MACHUPICCHU GUEST HOUSE
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, 12 reviews
"I stayed here with my husband and mother since we were going to Machu Picchu. It was a great place to stay since it was close to everything and the bus/trek to the mountain. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! The only downside to staying here was that it was pretty cold at night, but I wouldn't say that it's a deal breaker at all."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ayllu B&B for three days! It is a beautifully located property with STUNNING views of the mountains in the sacred valley area! The rooms are very large and well appointed- very comfortable beds and nice linens, plenty of windows, modern bathrooms, everything super clean. The owners, Nicol and Antonio, are amazing hosts! San Isidro's House
3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, 18 reviews
"This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. I called the manager and he said he was out running errands and he be back in 10 minutes. Will those 10 minutes turn into 45 minutes. It...

Anais Hostel Machupicchu
2.5 star property
4.6 out of 10, 3 reviews
"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."

"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. We did not experience the bugs and insect like the other patrons in the reviews, although the room did not have air conditioning during the evening with the windows open it was good, we only spent...
