Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room. "Great Hotel, located walking distance from the NEC. Perfect if you are going for an event in the NEC. The staff were very friendly and professional. We had no issues at all. We've parked in the multi storey which is a bit of a walk if you have loads of luggage but other than that we've enjoyed our stay and would come back. The sky bar and restaurant is very nice as well, would highly recommend."
