"Five stars all round for this stay. The staff could not be any more helpful. They advised where to buy a bus ticket to Venice for 1.5 euro. I am “ older” and walking with my luggage caused me to doubt my ability to do the bus. A taxi would have been 40 or 50 euro. I managed just fine! The room had everything I needed. As someone else mentioned the pillow is very flat. I solved that with a towel from the bathroom. My room was upstairs ( ugh!) but the carried my luggage up for me. I recommend asking for a ground floor when you book if stairs are an issue for you too. Lovely gardens to simply drink in the fresh air. "

"Lovely modern hotel, very fresh ambience. We enjoyed our stay. We had a free complimentary breakfast and that had a great selection of food, pastries, cheese, bread, veg and fruit. Excellent service. We Tried the Spa, which had different info online and in real life. Children can attend the pool in the morning and 12 any time. For the entry you need swimming cap, slippers and a towel which were charged at £3 each plus £15 entry fee, so £24 for a 4 hour visit. It felt rather a lot for a family of three as we were staying in the hotel as guest. The spa had a small pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam sauna and lots of loungers, free drinks and teas.There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, we were sold tickets for an airport bus ATVO, however the bus driver said that they are only accepted on bus number 15, which is the public transport bus. Very frustrating experience as the public bus goes every 30 minutes and it's crowded, the ATVO buses were more comfortable and a lot more frequent. Best to buy tickets in the bus than from the reception! Same cost, better service. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Guest House Bella Onda. We needed a place that was close to the Venice Airport for our early morning flight and this fit the bill perfectly. The owner allowed us to check in later at night after our sightseeing adventure. The room was immaculately clean and modern. Here are some things you might find helpful: -The airport shuttle is only available during limited hours. I’m not sure if this detail is listed on Expedia. One of the main reasons I selected this rental was for the airport shuttle, but it was only available for a few hours during the day. -The property is located on a busy road. Road noise could be a concern. -If you like firm beds, this is the place for you! The bed was a bit too firm for my liking."

"This hotel was a nice surprise. Very clean and modern with a nice park-like setting, literally 5 minutes from Marco Polo Airport. We stayed here our last night in Venice because we had a very early flight the following morning. They offer shuttle service to the airport starting at 4:30am for a nominal cost. We ate dinner at their restaurant, and the food was surprisingly delicious…..the service was very nice, too. Only one ding I would give them is on the shuttle service because they don’t get you close enough to the airport entrance so you still have to walk a bit. "
