"The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great."

Also $20 to use the spa per night seems a little picky when the property is advertised with a spa but it is definitely in the details. Overall a great experience, neighborhood is great."

"Lovely property with great gathering spaces for large families. Only negative was that there was no mirror in the third bathroom and the two bedrooms that used that bathroom. Otherwise great space with nice backyard as well. Communication with host was easy and responded quickly. We will use again next time we all gather in Bakersfield."

We were in town for a sporting event so it was nice to have a quiet place to wind down. The only issue we noticed was that the flooring was a bit squeaky. No one can sneak up on you so that is a good thing I suppose. If we return we would stay again."
