The property was as advertised! Very nice! It was close enough to shopping and restaurants. The house was great! Very well appointed and the perfect place to stay for what we needed.

This was a great house to rent. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The host was more than hospitable and helpful. I had to add an extra day to our stay last minute and Lolita was wonderful about it. I highly recommend this property!

My stay with Lolita was such a short stay, however, it was extremely the best stay I could have ever dream. ⚠**This is a worry-free/stress-free zone!!**⚠ Lolita has design a home that is accommodating to her guest as ROYALTY!! Every cabinet in each photo is filled with necessities a traveling guest could possibly need. Privacy for each room if you desire. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, condiments, cleaning supplies, silverware just to name a few. Complimentary water in the kitchen refrigerator & mini fridge. Modern technology throughout the home. Instructions how to operate the computer desk. Plenty of shopping nearby in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space, furniture & Lemon/Lime tree. If you missed the spa slippers, reclining chair & pull out couch, you're missing out on the vacation home Lolita has planned for you. She has design your Bakersfield home vacation stay to be extremely relaxing. Enough space throughout the home with your enjoyment in mind. My 9 year old kindly gives this home a 100 star review!! Property was perfect- clean, great location , pretty quiet ( accept for when the owners / Gardner watered the plants). Overall, a perfect house for family. Check in easy and host are communicative and accommodating.
