"Charming B&B! Area is lovely (although it was raining during our stay so we didn’t get as much of a chance to enjoy the location as we would have liked… but it IS breathtaking.) On the bay, lovely walk to town … couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful spot! Hosts are wonderful people … homemade bread and jams, fruit, yogurt and assorted cereals for breakfast… would recommend Dovecote to everyone!"

Lush & Co Auckland Bed & Breakfast
3.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, 105 reviews
"We booked through Hotels.com well in advance of our visit but on arrival Bryan was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a room available. A nice continental breakfast was left out for us which was cereal, croissant, apple puffs or toast. We had a decent sized room with bathroom and toilet down the corridor. This would have been shared but there were no other residents when we stayed. The bed was very comfortable. Bryan was v. helpful and provided a list of local restaurants and take always."

HARBOUR VIEW COTTAGE BOUTIQUE B&B
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 25 reviews
"Everything about this place was great - very close to groceries and takeaway, while also being a short drive from the city centre. It was clean and well-equipped with all the usual kitchen and laundry stuff you would need, plus some beautiful views of the city from the bedroom loft. Christian (the person living in the property's main house) was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint I might have was in the day leading up to check-in - along with the...

Eden Park Bed and Breakfast
4.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, 38 reviews
"Please do not stay at this property. Customer service is at the forefront of a quality experience, and this is sadly lacking here. It will ruin everything else, no matter how good it is. Had a family emergency and required to change a few things. Had issues with the booking and tried to get in contact with the property via e-mail. No response to two e-mails. Ended up calling them three times, but each time it went to answering machine. Left multiple message with a phone number to get a...

Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel
4.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, 3,160 reviews
"I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."
