Horrible service, which ruins everything else.
Please do not stay at this property. Customer service is at the forefront of a quality experience, and this is sadly lacking here. It will ruin everything else, no matter how good it is. Had a family emergency and required to change a few things. Had issues with the booking and tried to get in contact with the property via e-mail. No response to two e-mails. Ended up calling them three times, but each time it went to answering machine. Left multiple message with a phone number to get a phone call back. Even messaged them on facebook. Everything was ignored over the course of 5 days (no answer to repeated requests). I would stay away from them and look elsewhere. There are many more properties in Auckland that will treat their customers a lot better than this venue. Unfortunately, that ruined it for the rest of the experience. Would definitely not recommend.
Pros: Looks beautiful, highly rated.
Cons: Contact. Staff ignored phone calls, did not respond to messages left on the answering machine, ignored two e-mail, and Facebook messages.
