Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"I was running late due to airplane delays and re-bookings, the staff went out of their way to pre-register me since I was not going to be there until midnight! Once I arrived I was very graciously welcomed. I have had both breakfasts and dinner in their restaurant. Both the food and service were excellent. My room was a bit smaller than what I am used to but it was efficiently compact and tastefully decorated. I stayed there three nights and after completing a special conference in Wales will stay there another four nights before returning to America. All around a most enjoyable experience! "
