"Beautiful boutique hotel that keeps its historic charm. Large room, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If you have a hard time with stairs, make sure you book a first floor room are no elevators. Restaurant was very good and super convenient. Washington square is steps away and you can walk to many attractions."

"Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

"Service is top notch. Owners and staff are very friendly and aim to please. It snowed one night when we were there. Upon waking in the morning, the parking lot was plowed of course, but they even shoveled between each car! Breakfasts are wonderful. Rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and the surprise nightcap. You cannot help but enjoy your stay. You will feel like you gained new friends/family."

"Our group of four stayed here for our alumni class reunion. The pricing was much better than hotels for the weekend and it was great to be able to stay together as a group. The check-in process was so easy, and there are plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and things for a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are also a lot of comfortable chairs around the place. "The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am...
