"Enjoyed the breakfast. Super fresh and certainly a step up from the chains. The stairs were a bit cumbersome; fortunately, I’m in good shape for my age but this would be tough on a lot of seniors. Be sure to book first floor if available. The common areas were spacious and egress from both the back and front was great. And it was a short walk (1/2 block). to the clubs, bars and restaurants in the Short North district. "

"Stay was great we would stay again. Some minor details of the property. Trash outside was full to capacity. Stair handles need to be reinforced very loose. Upstairs hall floor needs to be reinforced stabilized more. Some places downstairs as well. But overall great."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We met up with our daughter, passing through from Dover AFB to Wichita Falls TX for training. Small, but cozy. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurant. Neighbors, for that matter, everyone was so kind. Absolutely recommend."

"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
