"The hotel is not new but it is clean and has delicious breakfast, especially pho and eggs. The staff are the best thing and the reason I give it a high score. Jimmy and Sulli are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Jimmy introduced me to all the points of interest on the map. He also introduced many quality tours at very good prices. Unfortunately, we had planned a long time in advance and had booked all the tours already."

"Loved this hotel. The location is perfect if you want to spend time in the Old Quarter/Hoan Kiem area. Staff and all accommodations were great. Buffet breakfasts were delicious and offered wide variety of foods (different every day). They were very helpful in arranging day trips and helped us get to our next destination. The St. Augustine room we stayed in was a bit small but very comfortable (as was the mattress…I often have problems with hotel mattresses, but not here). Highly recommend!"
