"My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and we received very warm, kind and considerate service from all staff. The location is fantastic - near many attractions and nice street foods. The room is stylish and clean. We cannot ask for more for a hotel. Highly recommend it to everyone who wants a good memory in Hanoi. "

"An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another...

"A poor transportation decision found me at Hanoi airport at 1:00 am, and I'd Googled 24 hour check-in hotels in the vicinity. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. I slept well, was greeted with a coffee and a smile in the morning, and a taxi was soon arranged at a favourable...

"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended."

"when I arrived to to Hanoi, I tried to get a taxi to find the hotel but was very hard to get there, so I have to walk almost 15mins with bags and when I arrived found the hotel close, and after asking some neighbours understood the hotel under renovation, so I had no option because it was night time and walked around looking for another one and stayed in hotel charged me 45$ per night. Overall I had a terrible experience and no one from Expedia flollowed up yet to this accident :("
