"The hotel was amazing. I have never seen a staff so kind, so helpful and so nice. From directions to go places to recommendations for restaurants they were wonderful. When I was ready to leave, I needed to buy some thing and did not have enough time so they sent a hotel person on a motorcycle to help me get it quickly. The hotel has good air-conditioning is very clean and has a fantastic breakfast. Staff at breakfast is also. Very attentive. They heard me ask about meat in certain items and thinking I was vegetarian showed me all the vegetarian items. I would definitely recommend. And it’s a super value for money. It is also very well located. It’s close to the lake where a lot of activity happens. On our last night they sent us a complimentary fruit plate "

"The hotel is not new but it is clean and has delicious breakfast, especially pho and eggs. The staff are the best thing and the reason I give it a high score. Jimmy and Sulli are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Jimmy introduced me to all the points of interest on the map. He also introduced many quality tours at very good prices. Unfortunately, we had planned a long time in advance and had booked all the tours already."

"Myself and my spouse thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was excellent. They were attentive to every need. The hotel was across the street from a very large walk way and beach. Tourist attractions were also within walking distance or very short grab taxi ride. Breakfast was multicultural with many options available."

"We have just returned from our family holiday at Da Nang Mikazuki resort and we had a brilliant time. We travelled with our 3 year old son, who absolutely loved the pirate ship/swimming pool. The Hinode Villa we had was spacious, extremely clean and more than accommodated for our family. We were greeted by Hoa who was our guest relation officer for the duration of our stay. She kept ensuring we had everything we needed, she was attentive, professional and informative! The staff at the blue restaurant was welcoming, always had a smile on their face and special mention to Khan and Phuong. Great service from all the staff at the restaurant, we could not fault anything! The food at the Blue restaurant was very fresh and brilliant selection for all age group. We also ate at the beach club and the food there was also very good and great that it was right next to the beach with an option for toddlers/kids to swim in the pool! I think this resort caters for all adults/kids and we just love the facilities at the hotel. The skypool is also a nice touch with amazing view! We just wish we stayed for longer!"
