The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Only stayed for a night as we were seeing a gig at the Royal Albert Hall. Super convenient location, less than 10 mins to walk to the venue. Science/Natural History Museums all around the corner too, as was South Kensington tube station so very easy to get about.
