"We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it!"

"The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend."

The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. "The owners are very nice and obviously love their garden. The house was comfortable. However with a few tweaks our stay could have been fantastic. We have pointed these out to the owners, but in particular as mentioned previously particulars should be amended to reflect that the George and Dragon is now closed."

"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "This is a very lovely property in beautiful surroundings. It has everything you need and was fitted out to a high standard. We liked the little pond although it was a bit too chilly to make use f the excellent outside area. We loved the extra touches like the wine/bread etc. Loved the homemade cake (what is the recipe? :). ). Great rooms with owner. Would stay here again when we are back in Lincoln"

The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. "Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back.
