"the hotel was beautiful, lovely room and amazing bathroom. parking was difficult, the hotel us on a main road so nowhere to unload. nearest parking is above a shopping mall opposite that seems to have a million exits, i was directed to the wrong one but some not very helpful locals. i had 3 heavy bags so it took the shine off the stay somewhat. also the hotel has no staff on site so everything is keyless. weird but functional but they are available on text message and phone. there’s no food...

"It was a room for two nights to watch the rugby at White Hart Lane. Good location for Hackney Downs and the rail to White Hart Lane.folks were super friendly and room was good. Not too much to do nearby, but that wasn't the reason for staying - which was access and location. FYI it's a pub, so super quiet it isn't, but super friendly it is "

"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, being shown to our room and being recommended local restaurants for our trip. The room and hotel were both lovely - well kept, clean and homey - breakfast was very delightful and customer service was all round wonderful, would definitely visit again. Thankyou both :)"

"When I arrived it said there was a reception at the rear. There was nothing but a locked door. I was lucky that there was a fellow guest who could let me in and ring the manager. When I got in the room it was unmade from the previous guest, the sheets where dirty, there were bedsheets in the washbasin, dirty towels on the bed, the two towels that were folded up and put in the wardrobe were stained. The duvet smelled of urine. All in all very dirty and you'd be better going somewhere clean."

"I have 0 complaints about this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the place feels so welcoming. The room I had was the perfect amount of space for one person. I love that it had a mini kitchen in the event I wanted to get groceries and cook for myself. The WiFi is super strong (bc each room has its own network) and I was able to easily connect my devices to the television in the room so I could watch Netflix, or alternatively connect my YouTube account and watch videos there.
