"The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. "I absolutely loved this place! Check in was super easy with the lockbox and Gloria (house manager) was communicative. I only stayed one night (wish I had more time) but the unit was perfectly stocked with a nice pull out couch, separate bed, fans, , kitchenette. It was incredibly clean. About a 10 minute walk or so to beach and then another 10 to marina. The outside space is incredible. Big hot tub with outdoor seating and plants. Roof top balcony with views for days!"

"Absolutely beautiful location. We arrived on a sunny day and were graciously greeted by our hosts. Great pool and hottub set up and we had everything that we needed at the property. There was a landslide which blocked the direct South road to Topanga from the southern highway. We were rerouted (by google) to take the Las Flores road to get to Topanga. It ended up being a wonderful diversion and we got to see some amazing properties on the way. Would actually recommend taking that route at...

"Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay."

"My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!"

"My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️"

"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."
