"The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park nearby. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. Even though he suggests using rideshare because of potential parking issues, he was able to save us a spot because we had to drive in from out of town. Just be aware that the neighbors aren't always as conscientious: there was often garbage littering the sidewalks and pet owners didn't always clean up after their dogs. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A couple of items, though. 1) our room wasn't made up when we arrived at check-in time. We picked up our key and went to the room, but it had not been cleaned since the last guest. 2) the Television was disconnected and didn't work. If they don't want it used, they should remove it. Texted for clean towels, but they had not arrived by 5:00 PM. The breakfast was very good and was served promptly."

"we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!"

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"Ron is an amazing artist and a genuinely sweet human. It's quite an experience staying in his museum and something you'll never forget. Only complaint is that it was pretty cold. Other than that, highly recommended!"

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"We had a very nice 6-day stay here. Great hosts, great hospitality. Wish we took a picture of our breakfasts--very tasty and healthy. Plenty of places to sit outside, which was nice in the morning, but the Valley does get very hot at night in the summer. Thought there would be more road noise from Oxnard, but wasn't bad. "This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!"

"This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious."
