"Hotel was stunning from outside, nice facilities near by, train station at door step and metro just 10 minute walk away. Rooms were very spacious however one bathroom was missing a lock and the handle broke off on second day which doesn’t reflect the cost of room very well. Big variation for breakfast buffet, great check in and check out times compared to other places. Staff were very friendly too."

"I really wanted to stay in this hotel as I had seen it when I last visited Milan. From the outside, it really is stunning. It was perfectly fine inside, just maybe starting to show the age of the last internal renovation. That said, the room was comfortable, particularly the bed and the bathroom was fabulous.
