We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed…

Despite crazy travel and rainy weather, Casa Coconut provided a fun and relaxing experience. We had an awesome time with our friends. Private pool, quite the space at the beach, and a quiet and safe neighborhood… it was a great getaway.

We stayed here for 5 nights following a hectic week in Orlando. Casa Coconut provided us with the perfect place to relax and unwind but was close enough to all Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer - which is a lot! Ali and Brian are fantastic hosts and responded immediately when we asked for advice regarding a medical issue. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I booked Brian and Ali's home for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as advertised; it was well-equipped with everything we needed, it was very spacious, and the location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, the town center, and all the things Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. Family Fun

This is the second time we utilized this facility. Accommodation are wonderful and host/owners are easy to contact and chat with. Place is close to everything. Only thing was the outdoor pool cushions were not well kept from last year. Pool area is phenomenal and very relaxing so not having good cushions was a disappointment. Plan to come back again soon.

Tropical Comfort in an Established Neighborhood

All your needs are met here to live like locals when visiting. Close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants make it easy to explore, and then return to this comfortable oasis to relax and recharge for the next day. We very much enjoyed the house. The layout for our family was excellent. Property has everything you need, pool toys for kids or stuff for the beach. The furniture, rooms, kitchen appliances, and dishes are a bit outdated but the layout and overall place was just perfect for us. Very much enjoyed our stay..
