"The property itself was charming, the room and bathroom very comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and corteous. The weak point of the stay was the badly kept access road to the property which is full of potholes, dumped rubbish and broken furniture. As it is the only access to the property it sets a bad impression before you arrive and every time you use it."

"Villa Carlotta is surrounded by well-kept lovely gardens, with a good sized swimming pool to swim and relax by. There was plenty of parking space too, inside a locked entrance for added security. The room was good, but the bathroom was showing signs of a little age and could do with a freshen-up, however it was clean and ideal for our one night stay. In the morning the breakfast was nicely prepared by the attentive owner, outside under a light awning which was very peasant indeed. It was just...

The room was comfortable with a terrace facing the Valley of the Temples and the coast. What a perfect place to stay in Agrigento!!! "The rooms are beautifully designed with a lovely quiet balcony. Because our host had a family emergency we did not have breakfast. Although, we were contacted the day before and told we could cancel for a full refund. We chose to stay. The daughter greeted us and accommodated us by driving us into Agrigento, We did not have car so the taxi to and from the house was 15 euro’s each way and if you were planning on visiting The Valley of Temples the price is 25 euro’s each way and LaScala 35.00...

"Our hostess & host and staff warm & friendly & this a true guest house treasure . Being on the Mediterranean was a tremendous plus too . Breakfast served in patio was delicious & full of cultural delights ! I gave all 5 stars , my only suggestion is to maybe make some water available for your guests ( in their rooms or in lobby ). "

"Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war überwiegend sauber (ein paar fremde Haare im Bad) und die Minibar netterweise gefüllt, ebenso Kaffee-, Tee- und Kekse vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war...
