"Beautiful updated home near the lake with all the kitchen supplies needed for family meals. Laura went above and beyond to make sure our two kids had snacks, games, a fire pit supplies at the property. She really makes the house feel welcoming, including bday sign for my husband! There were also lots supplies and we didn't need to purchase or bring anything additional. The upstairs rooms are warmer than downstairs but equipped with HVAC so can be remedied. We felt safe and relaxed the whole...

"This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. Janelle is a gracious host who always responded quickly to any questions or request. I highly recommend this property and will reach out to Janelle again the next time...

The access to the beach is a bit challenging but as the listing states, it can be accessed from the local park. What my family liked best was it was nice and quiet. "Wonderful to have a home base for a week that more than adequately covered our needs with our two dogs. Gave us lots of flexibility to have our own quiet space at the end of a busy day of playing with our granddaughter. Most everything provided for a home away from home experience. "The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful."

"I booked this home for my children spring break trip and let me just say I was IMPRESSED! The home was so neat and clean , near all types of stores and malls. We went to splash lagoon which was only about 15 minutes from the home. Very kid friendly , overall 10/10!"

"Perfect for myself, mom and two teenage daughters. Conveniently Located. Warm and cozy. The only negative I’d say is the beds were harder than we like. Other than that, next time I visit Erie, we will be staying again!"
